Colleen Anderson is a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping adults and families navigate emotional challenges. With over 9 years of clinical experience, Colleen has built her career on the belief that healing occurs within the context of safe, trusting relationships, and evidence-based practices.

She utilizes CBT, cognitive behavioral therapy and UP, unified protocol, to encourage growth through the process. She runs specialized groups in addition to individual therapy sessions that build resilience and confidence.

Navigating life after a cancer diagnosis - or supporting someone you love through it - is a journey filled with unique challenges, complex emotions, and profound changes. UnitedSpace offers a therapeutic support group designed to provide a safe, confidential, and compassionate space for both cancer survivors and their families to process their experience, reduce isolation, and build resilience. Facilitated by Colleen Anderson, MA, LPC, this group focuses on the transition from "active treatment" to "living beyond cancer", acknowledging that healing is a process that the entire family unit is affected by.
Homeschool Parent Group
Have you ever felt like homeschooling is intimidating? Do you feel overwhelmed? We gather to provide support for those interested in, or already part of the homeschooling process. The strength of this group is in the desire to be there for others and lift our next generations to be the best versions of themselves. Colleen Anderson, MA, LPC has over 8 years of experience homeschooling and previously has worked within education and neurodivergence.
Veterans and Military Families Group
You're not alone; this veterans group provides essential and confidential assistance for veterans and their families. We focus on reducing anxiety and PTSD symptoms, as well as readjustment and life transitions. This practice operates on a direct-pay model. By not participating in any insurance networks and not providing out-of-network documentation (superbills), I am able to offer a higher level of clinical privacy and independence.

No mandatory diagnosis - Insurance companies require a formal MH diagnosis to justify "medical necessity." In this practice we can focus on your goals without needing a label for a permanent medical record.

No refunds if a session/group is no-showed or late-canceled (Canceled <48 hours prior the the session/group)

Confidentiality - When using insurance, therapists must often share your treatment plans and progress notes with third-party reviewers; in this practice, your records remain strictly between us, protected by law, and are never shared with an insurance company.
